The publisher and scope
Quivapickleparade.site is published by Quivapickleparade Interiors Media Ltd, company number 15047683, with its registered office at 12 Charlotte Street, London W1T 2LU, United Kingdom. These terms govern use of the publication and its local correspondence tool.
The website provides general editorial information about architectural presentation spaces for private collections. It does not provide architectural, structural, engineering, conservation, legal, fire-safety, security, insurance, tax or investment advice. It does not provide valuations, authentication or recommendations to buy or sell art.
Professional decisions remain project-specific
Do not use an article, checklist, diagram or comparison table as a construction specification, handling instruction, environmental target or statement of regulatory compliance. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals who can inspect the building, understand the collection and assess local requirements.
Reading the site or sending editorial correspondence does not create a professional adviser–client relationship. We do not accept commissions through the Contact tool. No statement promises that a particular room or system will protect every object or eliminate risk.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to publish clear, considered information, but material may contain errors, become outdated or omit circumstances relevant to your project. Standards, product characteristics and legal requirements can change. Check current primary sources with your advisers before acting.
We may correct, update, suspend or remove content and tools. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every browser or the continued availability of external resources.
References and photography
Named institutions, buildings, standards and organisations are independent references. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation, endorsement, a commercial relationship or access to their internal practices.
Photography provides context for spatial discussion. It does not imply that the publisher owns the photographed artworks, designed the spaces, managed the collections or was commissioned by the people or institutions depicted. Photographic rights remain with the relevant rights holders.
Copyright and permitted use
Except where rights belong to others, the publication’s original text, design and code are protected by intellectual-property law. You may read, link to and print reasonable portions for personal reference, and make lawful quotations with appropriate attribution. Further reproduction, redistribution or commercial reuse requires permission unless a legal exception applies.
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or use correspondence to send unlawful, abusive or infringing material.
The correspondence tool
The Contact tool prepares a local plain-text message. Copying and downloading do not send that message. You are responsible for checking its contents, selecting a recipient and sending it through your own email application. Browser permissions or device settings may prevent clipboard access or file downloads.
Only share material you are entitled to disclose. Do not send sensitive collection, financial or security information. An editorial response or publication of a suggestion is not guaranteed. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on general editorial content or inability to use the website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.
Questions and changes
We may revise these terms as the publication develops. Contact [email protected] with questions or a permissions request. The Contact page provides the same publication details and a local message-preparation tool.
